A. INTRODUCTION
Spinning is learning materials in the textile engineering department at the school of textile technology Bandung, West Java. Spinning is the first step in determining whether or not a product to be produced in the future, because spinning is the process of making the raw material of almost any product that is made from textile yarn. In the spinning process creates all kinds of yarn can be generated depending on what type of fiber is spun. Fiber manifold and multiform are divided into two types of fibers, namely natural fibers and man-made fibers. Natural fibers are fibers that are already available in nature, found in plants and animals, such as fiber cotton, kapok, jute, abaca, wool and silk etc. Different from natural fibers, artificial fibers are the result of human engineering that develops polymers derived from both natural and polymers prepared by chemical polymerization. The example is polyester, spandex, nylon etc. There are several techniques in spinning mill used is dry spinning, wet spinning and melt spinning.
A few weeks ago, in order to meet the practical task of spinning 3, group of us went to the industrial visits PT.Indachi Prima, a company that manufactures nylon as its flagship product, the production of nylon yarn they had reached their claim to foreign countries and their products are the best quality, because it has been used as a raw material bras with famous international brands and products toothbrush. Indonesia is a producer of raw materials spinning the best product that has no doubt proved its quality and spinning technologies that exist in Indonesia is spinning the best technology as well.
Very much question from author, is no longer about how good the production of nylon in there and the workings of the melt spinning products to be the best, because the author thought it was all just learn a theory and we must know if we was working at industries, but about why the spinning product quality the best and was tested, not more developed in finished product which of course has more value?
Whether Indonesia will only remain an exporter of the best raw materials with the low price and buy more expensive for finished product that we need?
Been there a role of the government on this achievement? Is not willing the government utilizing the best spinning products into a famous finished product of the world from Indonesian?
How the potential school of textile technology student to make a change for development textile in the world? Specifically for spinning product and smart textiles?
The authors do not know if this qualifies discussion theme, but the author will continue to discuss about this issue in a paper that will be explained in later chapters. because this is about the future of Indonesian textiles in the future, whether we will find the answer?
B. RELATED RESEARCH
previous studies which prompted me to write this paper is my own research on the theme of smart textiles are inspired by the success of the sports apparel manufacturer Nike created a soccer jersey from raw material waste recycling plastic bottles very famous dry-fit technology. using melt spinning method with raw material chips are made from recycled plastic bottles to the product that is created can be even lighter and more comfortable than the previous product that uses pure rubber raw materials as well as higher selling value. on the premise that spurred the author to be able to further develop the technology in spinning and making a smart textile products are beneficial for many people.

D. EXPERIMENT AND RESULT
In the experiment by the author, the author tries to ask the top management in the industry at the time of the visit PT.Indachi Prima, about
"whether or not any of the company's desire to expand production of the company in the form of best quality nylon yarn into finished products more selling value ?”
The answers they are not, they only focus on the development of their quality nylon yarn production through melt spinning process
"whether Indonesia will remain an exporter of raw materials with the best and buy more expensive prices of finished goods which we need?"
they respond to the current situation is still like that, Indonesia is an exporter of quality raw materials to foreign countries, there the company was produce finished product but for nike or adidas brand not for my own Indonesian branding. But maybe one day Indonesia can be "self-sufficient" and become finished products exporting country to the world and you are the ones which will do it, because you are a potential successor textile expert.
“Is not desire the government utilizing the best spinning products into a finished product of the world famous Indonesian?”
according to the author of the government is not too glanced great potential in the textile field, because the author's knowledge there is no specific state-owned company which develops and markets products of this mill finished textile products with famous brand in foreign countries Indonesia, while it may be there are some new textile research center develop smart textiles as research material.
"How the potential school student of textile technology to make a change for development of textile in the world? Specifically for spinning products and smart textiles?"
instead there is very big potential in our own campus as a printer textile experts, which author can explain:
Textile engineering is majoring which study of textile production in outline study the preparation of yarns and fabrics from natural fibers and raw materials made fibers with various sub lessons learned process that is spinning, knitting, weaving. Development potential is very large, in smart textile authors will assess the potential for development in the field of spinning and knitting. Ever hear about the making of the jersey nike with dry fit technology which uses recycled bottles as a raw material? I will explain a just a little illustration the manufacturing technology, which uses melt spinning technique to melt the plastic bottles that will be used as a plastic chip spinning melting raw materials for further processing to be a polyester yarn, polyester yarn made after the process is knitting , this process was very shows intelligence on textile technology, using circular knitting machines, yarn polyester yarn blended with cotton yarn with proper mixing, make the jersey more comfortable to wear but still not heavy when used to compete in the green field by the world class players we often see in TV. With a little innovation and a willingness nike can reduce 30% of world plastic waste, recycle technology which is actually simple with a replace raw materials which diverted from pure rubber with former plastic bottles that have become waste. 13 plastic bottles in every produced nike jersey
is a real step reduces plastic waste which take hundreds of years to decompose. we understand how it works and can also make it even better.
Department of Textile Chemistry is which study of chemical elements in the textile, consists of sub-learning printing, dyeing and finishing. Development of the technology is feasible in textile chemistry, textile chemistry learn about the chemical elements in textiles that can be developed in the creation of technology, for example, is an anti-bacterial resin which can be immersed in the production of textiles such as jersey developed by Nike. With the addition of anti-bacterial resin will be very useful, since the creation of which anti-bacterial jersey will eliminate odor on the jersey and the loss of smell which of course adds convenience to the users of these products.
Technology and business majors garment, consists of sub-learning business and quality control on finished textile products, of course, a lot of programs that can be developed in the direction you learned from this course, which one of them is the quality control of the finished product which has been manufactured, as well as proper sales techniques to products that have been manufactured to be very useful.
Fashion design is the concentration of garment technology and business majors, almost all of which studied by the department of technology and garment business and studied also with additional lectures is more concentrated textile design. With the concentration of their knowledge of fashion design, of course, can create a new design which is very interesting which can add value to a product, in this example can we demonstrated that the product jersey with a more interesting design and showing identity of a country or the club will be the development of a very special and valuable.
The results of research by the author is currently Indonesia is one of the industry's best producers of raw materials and spinning in general is still an exporter of raw materials to foreign countries with the best quality, but one day it would be possible for Indonesia can be self-sufficient and take advantage of the best raw materials Indonesia have with making a finished product that will be well known to the whole world with hope to the school of textile technology as a future producer of textile experts.
E. DISCUSSION
Indonesia is a large country with natural resources and human resources are very abundant, Indonesia has been transformed into a country that has a variety of strategic industries, particularly the textile industry is. quality of textile products produced from the textile industry in Indonesia is one of the best because it has been proven and used by apparel companies world as a place of production of their products. but does the world know that high quality product with famous brands that they wear, the raw material made by Indonesia? of course not all people know, they just know about the brands they wear but not about Indonesia as a producer of raw materials.
We've have everything to be self-sufficient and prosper in the field of textile world, Indonesia should have more support in the future on the development of Indonesian textiles, such as building a state-owned company specialized in developing and making quality textile products that can compete with the world and make regular product specific strategies to
promote products Indonesian textiles to global markets so that the world knows there is Indonesia. Indonesia should also make textile machines spinning and developing technologies in particular, because of the development of the textile world has also refers to the manufacture of textile machines such as high-tech companies that have been developed by famous world company from Switzerland is RIETER. Government support is necessary, but of course our wish as a textile expert to be able to make Indonesia to compete in the world.
